Sunrise Splendor iris

Notes

'Sunrise Splendor' iris (Iris 'Sunrise Splendor') is a perennial with fragrant flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun. White flowers accented with gold and bright orange beards open in early to late spring. It sits low on the menu for rabbits. Divide it every two to three years just after blooming, and plant the rhizomes at or just below soil level.

Pairs well with Dr. Alexander Fleming peony, Sedge, and Japanese spirea.
