Notes

'Thumbelina Leigh' lavender (Lavandula angustifolia 'Thumbelina Leigh') is a perennial for borders, containers, rock gardens, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It stays compact and grows well in pots. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Fragrant purple flowers open from early to late summer and attract bees and butterflies.

Pairs well with Blue fescue, Magnus coneflower, and Queen of Night tulip.
