Notes
'Tricolor' privet (Ligustrum lucidum 'Tricolor') is a shrub for hedges and privacy screens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet soil. Its mounding form grows fast and stays evergreen. Deer tend to pass it by. Birds visit it, and it blooms from early to late summer.
Pairs well with Rose of sharon, Daffodil, and Columbine.
