Notes

'White Excelsior' iris (Iris 'White Excelsior') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil. Its white flowers have a yellow blotch and appear in spring and summer. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Plants grow 12 to 24 inches tall and 8 to 12 inches wide.

Pairs well with Wild geranium, Japanese forest grass, and Feather reed grass.
