Notes

'Blue Arrow' Rocky mountain juniper (Juniperus scopulorum 'Blue Arrow') is a shrub for hedges, privacy screens, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Its narrow, columnar shape fits tight spaces, and the fragrant evergreen foliage lasts all year. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. Birds and butterflies visit it, and it tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Irish moss, Grape hyacinth, and Buffalo grass.
