'Blue Oasis' iris (Iris 'Blue Oasis') is a perennial for borders, pathways, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average soil. The fragrant flowers have cornflower blue beards and bloom in spring and again in summer. Rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Divide the clumps every two to three years just after blooming.
Pairs well with Picture peony, Grape hyacinth, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
