Notes

Himalayan blue poppy (Meconopsis baileyi) is a perennial for borders. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes part sun and average to moist, loamy or clay soil. It blooms in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. It grows about 35 to 47 inches tall and 12 to 24 inches wide.
