Notes

'W. Kerbert' autumn crocus (Colchicum 'W. Kerbert') is a bulb for borders. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. Cobalt-violet flowers with a white base open from early to late autumn and attract bees. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. The plant also tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Sedge, Rainbow's End hosta, and Paperbark maple.
