Notes
'Lavance Deep Purple' lavender (Lavandula angustifolia 'Lavance Deep Purple') is an herb for borders, hedges, rock gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and sandy or loamy soil. It blooms from early to late summer and has a fragrant scent. Bees and butterflies visit the flowers, and the evergreen plants tolerate drought.
