Notes
'Off Topic' iris (Iris 'Off Topic') is a perennial. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun. Its fragrant flowers open in early to late spring on tall stems. They have pale blue-gray standards and royal purple falls around an orange beard. Rabbits tend to pass it by. Divide the clumps just after blooming when flowering drops.
Pairs well with Picture peony, Grape hyacinth, and Christmas fern.
