Notes

'Tundra' honeyberry (Lonicera caerulea 'Tundra') is a shrub for hedges, food gardens, and low maintenance planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 2, or down to -50°F (-46°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Fragrant flowers open in spring, and it can bloom again in summer. Birds visit the plant, and it tolerates drought. Deer tend to pass it by.

Pairs well with Danica American arborvitae, Drumstick primrose, Pearly everlasting, and German Red garlic.
