Notes

'Winterland' iris (Iris 'Winterland') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and accents. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It grows 30 to 36 inches tall and bears white blooms in early to late spring and again in early to late summer. It is also drought tolerant once established.

Pairs well with Fire and Ice hosta, Wild geranium, Paul Scherer tulip, and Pinky Winky panicle hydrangea.
